The HSA-45 Flash Shoe Adapter from FLM is an adapter that attaches to the LB-15 leveling base on one side and has a cold shoe on the other side, allowing you to add a bubble level, a small ball head or any other cold-shoe mountable accessories. It is made for use with the LB-15 leveling base and as a replacement part for the Series I CP30 tripods.
There is a star-shaped screw for attaching the adapter to the clamp, base, or tripod, and another screw beneath the cold shoe for accessories. A bull's eye bubble level attachment is included, but can be removed and replaced with other accessories.

- QRB-40, QRB-50, and QRB-70 clamps
- LB-15 leveling base
- PR-15 pano base
