The CB-48F from FLM is a ball head with a mounting platform and two locking knobs. One knob controls 360° panning and the other controls the friction and movement of the ball. The CB-48F has a maximum load capacity of 99 lbs.
It can be mounted to a tripod, monopod or any other support with a 3/8"-16 male thread. A notch in the head allows the camera to tilt 90° to shoot in portrait orientation. A camera can be attached directly to the ball head, or a quick release system can be added to speed up camera attachment.
